Sorry for the lack of updates! Been a long time in the making here. This video is a little teaser of the Noelle hyper attack in the new Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 update mod to Deltarune Trio in MUGEN right here! You can see some of the new normal attacks here as well... which I have coded as an assist for Kris, Susie, Ralsei, and the rest of The Fun Gang.
