Just before the pandemic we had an idea. An idea that quickly blossomed into a hugely exciting film project.

We wanted to tell the ‘story’ of Vaporwave and create an ambitious documentary featuring interviews with the people who helped to shape the Vaporwave scene: the artists, labels, and fans.

Then the world got shut down, travel costs spiralled, and we’ve spent the years in between battling to get the project finished. It’s been a journey.

This April (4-20 to be precise), that dream will finally be realised and we are so proud of the end result and can’t wait to share it with you.

PHYSICAL PRE-ORDERS NOW AVAILABLE:

For those who missed out on the initial Indiegogo campaign, we’ve opened pre-orders for the film which are now live! Today is a great day to support the film because it’s Bandcamp Friday and they’re waiving their commission for 24 hours.

We’ve got VHS Tapes (PAL & NTSC available), DVDs, C-USBs available. These will be shipped on 4-20, along with the copies we owe to the initial backers.

We’ve also made the original 2xLP compilation available one last time for those who’ve discovered the scene later or who missed out on the initial campaign.
