Nobody expected this to happen ! Not the staff, not the customers, and honestly… not even me.

I went into this challenge at Slices in Bury St. Edmund with no real idea what I was capable of in the time limit.By the end, the reaction in the room said everything.

This was one of the toughest food challenges I’ve ever attempted, not just physically, but mentally.

The volume, the pace, the pressure… it pushed me further than I thought possible.
