Hull, Georgia teenager Noah Bond's Post-Concussion Syndrome (PCS) included daily headaches, severe memory loss and feelings of isolation before finding Dr. Cantu and his Physical Therapist. Noah hard fought road to recovery led to him receiving CLF's Resilience Award in 2017.
