In the book, Mike discusses his years long battle with Parkinson's Disease and his recent health struggles and how through it all he remains an optimist. On a personal level, this book really resonated with me as newly being diagnosed with a rare neuromuscular disorder, POTS, Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome.
