Flash floods, tornadoes, lightning, and hurricanes injure and kill, and we can't control them. In the United States, distracted driving kills more people every year than flash floods, tornadoes, lightning, and hurricanes, combined.
Far more than 3,000 people lose their lives while around 400,000 are injured by distracted drivers, each year. This is why more and more states are enacting hands-free laws. Those laws say you cannot hold your cell phone while driving. That means no picture taking while driving. While cell phone use may not be the largest cause of distraction, it definitely is one.
When you share a picture you took while driving, you create a record of your driving habits. Even when you try to crop it or frame it so it’s not obvious, it usually is. Is that what you want the world to see? Is that what you want the world to be? It's not worth it.
