No Stir Three Ingredient Cherry Cobbler
(For a 12” Camp Oven)
Ingredients:
2 cans cherry pie filling (15 oz. ea.)
1 pkg. yellow cake box mix (15.25 oz
1 can or bottle of Sprite soda (12-16 oz.)
Directions:
1. Oil the Camp Oven or lay down parchment paper as a barrier to minimize clean-up afterwards. Empty both cans of pie filling into the oven. Empty the bag of cake mix evenly over the pie filling. Slowly pour the soda evenly over the cake mix, avoiding a foamy eruption.
2. Place the lid on the Camp Oven and place 9 briquettes under the oven wall, evenly spaced with 3 briquettes between each set of legs. Place 17 briquettes on top of the lid evenly spaced, against ash guard.
3. Bake 45 – 50 minutes… ENJOY!!!
