Did you know that World Kindness Day is on November 13th each year? It is "a global day that promotes the importance of being kind to each other, to yourself, and to the world." In honor of this day, we are dedicating our November YouTube limited series to kindness. There are multiple layers of kindness, and through five episodes, our own Dr. Nefertiti Poyner will help to walk us through them. In this fourth episode, she talks about acts of kindness that require little-to-no money and little-to-no time.
