The logarithmic decibel scale starts at the hearing threshold of 0 dB(A) and extends beyond the pain threshold of 120 db(A). The volume of our Silent Wings 3 140mm fans corresponds to 15.5 dB(A) at full capacity and with a distance of one meter, a conversation is 60 dB(A), heavy traffic is 80 dB(A) - and fireworks in the immediate vicinity register at over 150 dB(A).
