One of the pioneers of footstooling in PM, Cloudburst's signature Squirtle has been one of Arizona'a most recognizable characters for a long time. He's been putting up strong placings this summer with a 9th place finish at Smashadelphia and 33rd at Bigger Balc, and I wanted to give some recognition for the work he puts in and how cool he makes his character look.
