MHE Grocery Challenge - No More Mid-Week Runs. We are creating a sustainable home that feels supportive, not stressful. That takes practice and grace. And Spring is asking something of the homemaker, too. Clarity, simplicity, and alignment. We are ready.

After three months of learning about Food Systems and Money Systems, we are stepping into action with our MHE Grocery Challenge.

Week 1 is Commitment Week.
One store. One plan. One shop.
We’re not shrinking our lives.
We’re not cooking survival meals. We’re refining our systems.

Tonight, we'll discuss:
• What we learned during Week 0 (Pantry Reset)
• How to execute a grocery budget calmly
• Why sustainability feels better than stress
• How Spring shifts our rhythms at home

A Modern Home Economist doesn’t react — she prepares.
Come walk this out with us.
