Forty-five years after No Limits to Learning: Bridging the Human Gap (a report to The Club of Rome), the WEEC Network and The Fifth Element, a programme of The Club of Rome, have launched a new global call that aims to inspire action by educators, learners and citizens alike to pursue a shift in educational and learning paradigms that will enable humanity to address the challenges we all face.
‘No Limits to Hope’ is an international research initiative that re-examines humanity’s quest for meaning and a good life. The project invites researchers, educators, and practitioners who have explored new learning paradigms and their ability to foster systemic transformation for better futures on both the local and international scales to submit research proposals, papers, and case studies for consideration to be included in a report.
This webinar session gives an overview of the project and its objectives and includes a Q&A for potential contributors to ask questions. Speakers include Carlos Alvarez Pereira, Secretary General, The Club of Rome, Mario Salomone, Secretary General, WEEC Network, Nolita Thina Mvunelo, Programme Manager, The Club of Rome and Mariaclaudia Cusumano, WEEC Network.
