In this part, we complete an entire playthrough of the game while never Healing, never using the Blood Collector, and within four hours as a Speedrun.

- You cannot use Healing Herbs or Healing Injectors, however, you can use Steroid Injectors to increase your Max Health which also gives you just a little more to use. Additionally, playing on Casual causes our Health to regenerate to Yellow Caution if we stay out of danger for a moment during Red Critical.

- There are two locations where we can pick up the Blood Collector. One is inside the Care Center in its usual Story location. The other is in ARK just next to the only typewriter Grace can use. Do NOT pick them up!

- Pausing the game will stop the Speedrun timer, as does quitting out of the game after you save and want to stop for the day. The timer does NOT stop while you are in the inventory Management and Weapon Upgrade screens!
