Yup, this is another anti-SJW video, you’ve been warned. I figured since I talked about Kesha in my #SonySupportsRape video, I’d make a video giving my thoughts on people’s outrage over her losing the Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Performance, as well as Best Pop Vocal Album, to Ed Sheeran. I also give my thoughts on Bruno Mars winning album of the year, and award shows in general (including metal and rock award shows) and how meaningless and predictable they are.
Please do not take this video as me victim blaming or downplaying Kesha’s experiences (regardless of whether they’re true or not). I say this because, much like I did in the #SonySupportsRape video, I give a logical explanation as to why Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You” won over “Praying”, as well as how these award shows have always worked. So I’d appreciate it if no one throws buzzwords at me as means of dismissing my points and shutting down the conversation. That will just show immaturity on your part.
