NOOO GOOOD DEEEED!!! XD I absolutely adore this song from Wicked, I used to be OBSESSED with this musical when I was 15, like, not kidding, totally obsessed. I was lucky enough to see Kerry Ellis and Helen Dallimore perform way back in 2007 and have since seen Louise Dearman as Elphaba in the West End a couple of years ago. Who is your favourite Elphaba? :D
I tried to inject as much emotion as possible into my recording of this, my mic couldn't quite handle it at times, but this is SUCH pivotal song in the musical that I didn't want to hold back, it's basically the turning point for Elphaba.
Thank you to those of you who suggested I do this song over a long period of time, I kept meaning to do it but for some reason I never got round to it until I saw a comment from Pie Pierrot on my Defying Gravity cover and thought, hang on, I might try it! So here we go! Hope you all enjoy it! :D
