Looking for an EASY way to make shaker cards and shaker tags without using a Fuse Tool? In today’s papercrafting tutorial, I’m sharing a fun alternative using self-sealing cello bags and envelopes to create interactive shaker embellishments for cards, tags, journals, mini albums, happy mail, and more!
These DIY shakers are quick to make, beginner-friendly, and one of my favorite low-mess crafting ideas because you can easily open them back up to add more sequins, confetti, beads, die cuts, or colorful shaker bits anytime you want. No special tools or heat tools required!
I’ll show you how I made 5 different shaker projects using clear adhesive cello bags, decorative papers, sequins, and embellishments to create bright and colorful handmade accents perfect for:
• Handmade greeting cards
• Gift tags
• Junk journals
• Scrapbook layouts
• Mini albums
• Happy mail and swaps
• Craft fair ideas
If you love using a Fuse Tool like I do, this is such a fun alternative method to try when you want a faster and more flexible shaker project!
