No EXP
Try to catch all possible pokemon with these restrictions

New catches
Lv. 29 Dugtrio: That's for AFTER Rival Jrose, only used for Giovanni, proxing catches, and a future gym battle. Getting a level 22 diglet, the highest level in the cave. No sand attack yet.
Lv. 17 Voltorb: No electric moves. This is a theme with electric types. Sonicboom is very helpful and powerful at that level, and is fantastic at catching pokemon. It can also use Flash, although innaccurate, can serve the same backup accuracy haxer.
Lv. 17 Machop: If this thing only had fighting typed karate chop this would be so much more useful.
Lv. 17 Onix: Bind and screech, speed, and an extra rock type, because there is a required exploder battle, and my bellsprout isn't high leveled. Also caught Geodude with rock throw and defense curl, specifically for the enemy Graveler.
Lv. 25 Raticate: Honestly, this can replace vaporeon for another eeveelution... except I'd be wasting thunderbolt. Still, Stab Hyper Fang and quick attack are helpful. I should've used this for Rival Jrose11 in hindsight. Level 25 is rare.
Lv. 20 Gastly: I was phoning it somewhat, because I plan to replace it with a level 30 haunter instead of a level 27-29, for Hypnosis. So, its there to 'buffer' Erika. Didn't work out so well.

Bosses:
🔴 Dugtrio: Yes, the wild dugtrio is the hardest pokemon for me to catch with Pokeballs. Level 29, with sand attack, and STAB Dig? It will run through your team harder than Lt. Surge ever will. Not bad for a rare, wild Pokemon. A ton of sand attacks is needed, along with several growls... which barely does any good, because this thing WILL crit very often if it hits. You thought Diglett was bad... the goal is to get Drowzee to put this thing to sleep. It is only level 15 vs level 29, and it takes more pokeballs than you can imagine.
🔴 Rock Tunnel Trainers: From the stun spore and wrap abusing grass types, to the powerful slowpokes, and a required Hiker Battle. The Hiker has an illegal graveler at level 21, which can use self-destruct, along with two other geodudes. Bellsprout is only level 14, so they may get hits in... which can include self-destruct. More dangerous than Lt. Surge, which is why they are mentioned.
🔴 Rival Jrose11: GYARADOS. With HYDRO PUMP and DRAGON RAGE. This is a moveset used by the FINAL BOSS of RBY. I was really surprised back then when I tried using geodude to rock throw the gyarados, assuming it doesn't get water moves... but it turns out Gyarados always starts with that except in Yellow. That is the biggest threat of his team, replacing his 'dead' Raticate. Honestly, there really isn't much available that can handle this beast, except for Vaporeon, Raticate, or team efforts including voltorb. On TOP of the really tough Kadabra and Pidgeotto. Ivysaur's team is the one with the highest level enemy Gyarados.
🔴 Giovanni: Sadly the Hiker put up a better fight here, though Kangaskhan can be midly threatening... if it doesn't use rage. Don't worry, in this exclusive No EXP run, this will change, though I might be willing to No EXP Blue Kaizo. Rhyhorn is cool looking I must admit.
🔴 Erika: I'm aware of the 'Good AI' exploit for the big grass types, which makes the underlings somewhat tougher. The Cooltrainer, bellsprout users, and Exeggcute are the ones to be mindful of with Ninetails, it doesn't do enough with ember. Bellsprout can (eventually) own Victrebel and Vileplume, but I'm not gonna do that. Razor Leaf REALLY hurts, even on something as bulky as Gastly. Wrap is incredibly obnoxious that it can stall Ghost types. Hilariously enough, Onix wins against Tangela, who doesn't have status OR grass attacks. Just constrict (weakest attack in the game), and bind (annoying).

To make the boss fights more interesting, I am planning to make changes to just the upcoming bosses. Not KAIZO levels, no movepool changes, just something that would appear in Red or Blue. Next week, look forward to these.

Btw Red and Blue level up movesets on most pokemon are godawful.
