I'm going to show you how to make a delicious no-bake lemon cheesecake. This cheesecake is topped with a lemon curd giving you extra lemony flavor. Garnish with whipped cream and lemon candy slices. It's perfect for Easter and the Spring time, and no need to turn on the oven.
