This is an issued hydration bladder carrier. These carriers have seen use all over the US Military are will securely keep an 100oz bladder ready. They are lightly insulated to help keep water cool in the heat and from freezing in the cold. The shoulder straps are simple and easy to use and there is a sternum strap is needed. The handles on the carrier make it easy to transport and move around when not worn, and easy to fill up when you've got a bladder in it.
