Forum member Jim Van Gelder leads the Educator's Forum in a closer look at Project WILD! Project WILD is an interdisciplinary conservation and environmental education program emphasizing wildlife. Many of the lessons in this and similar programs (Leopold Education Project, Aquatic Wild, etc.) naturally lend themselves to nature journaling. We will brainstorm ways to adapt some of these lessons into a journaling format. Topics will include Stream Sampling, Birdsong Survey, Animal Poetry, Bird Behavior Scavenger Hunt, and more.
