A Whitfield "Witty" Henry production from 1986 with some real digital mayhem by Steely, Clevie & the Firehouse Crew. Even though 'We Run Things' is the original this riddim today is mainly known as 'Peenie Peenie' after Shabba Ranks' hit tune in 1989. I "overread" a Belgian guy here on Youtube who claimed that Junior Byles' 'Fade Away' is actually the original and I got to say the similarities are striking. Call it what you want, it's a big, bad riddim nonetheless!
