EDIT/UPDATE...see part 2! This did not resolve my code but did need to be done as the parts were disintegrating. I'm chasing this problem and will post another video on my progress soon. I ended up discovering the spark plug/coil tube seals (built into the valve cover gasket) were compromised pretty badly...this is a cause for vacuum leaks. I have parts on the way and will replace all related parts, then shoot an update video. Look for it soon on my channel. Original description text below...
Vacuum leaks lead to these CEL codes and more. Installing these vacuum lines/breather hoses plus a new EGR goes a long way to keeping your Nissan running great. While you're at it I recommend cleaning out the throttle body! Note this is a 2008 Pathfinder and likely is the same procedure on the 4.0 Frontier and possibly other Nissans, but make sure you verify that.
