I got the idea from a friend of mine to farm this mission in the fourth region (information below). I did the mission, and experimented a few times on which seems to be the quickest path and came up with this. This works on both Way of the Wise and Nioh for ethereal Yasakani and Yata Mirror farming as well. I have a separate video for that, although it shows pretty much the same thing, and is clipped down to about 3 minutes.
