Nioh Fifth Boss Fight, Great Centipede, did it with a Katana.
Technically it's the sixth boss if we count the duel, but it is optionnal.

What an ugly boss. So, I don't know what to think about this boss. The fight wasn't very good, I lost a tons of hp for such stupid mistakes. But overall the boss wasn't that hard and wasn't as fun as the others.
