This was a really frustrating fight because like double boss fights, you have to keep an eye on both bosses.
The trick here is to listen for Himiko's vocal cues and quickly switch over and just hit her once when her shield drops. You can try to focus her down but she doesn't stay down long, and Kusanagi is the real threat, so focus on him instead. If you do get a chance to keep her down, thats a good time to go all out!
