Nioh 3 Distant Memories Trophy Guide / Achievement Guide - Bathed with Himiko in "Dark Roots", then recalled Naotora's incident in "Apparition of Ryotan Temple".
Step 1: Dark Roots is a main story mission in Antiquity era (replayable via Battle Scroll). At the end of the mission, just before the boss, you must sit in the hot spring. After activating the last elevator, it will be at the foot of the stairs on the left, before the room with red water where you pick up an item to open the path to the boss. Just sit in the hot spring and wait for Himiko to finish her dialogue. Finish the mission afterward if you are doing it via the replay function.
Step 2: Now go to any Shrine - Battle Scrolls - Warring States - The Apparition of Ryotan Temple. This is an old mission from earlier in the game that you have to replay. Enter the hot spring during this mission, after dropping down a roof, in the backyard pond area, behind a Nurikabe wall. Himiko will then have a unique dialogue and says "why does this feel so familiar?", after which the trophy unlocks.
