What's Nintendo up to with this Animated Baby Short?

So, just woke up like any other day to find Nintendo posted another random video, titled "Close to You". I went into it thinking nothing. Only to find out that I'm hearing PIKMIN motif's throughout the ENTIRE ANIMATION!!! This is gotta mean something!!! Is this a tease for a new Pikmin game? A short film tease that may play before the Galaxy Movie? A PIKMIN MOVIE??!!! I go over my frantic thoughts about what might be for Pikmin in this video!!!
