Finally, we have working paddles for the Nintendo Switch official Pro Controller.
This mod is pretty easy to do and I think its well worth doing.
This is the NO SOLDER version which means you get access to all the face buttons to map to the paddles but NOT L3 and R3.
** FOR THE 3 FLASH ISSUE **
I have received a confirmation email from ExtremeRate if you don't see what I see when remapping the controller.
If when remapping you are experiencing an issue whereby the home button is flashing 3 times instead of going solid then follow these instructions :
Unscrew the 2 screws and remove the grip covers.
Unscrew the 4 screw which enables the back cover to be pulled apart. Dont pull it all the way off, just so you can see the board attached to it, place it on your desk, controller near you, folded out back plate away from you. Once there, there is a switch on the left side of the controller, switch that to the right (toward the "3"). Now remove the battery an place it back in.
Fold the back cover back onto the controller and place the 4 screws back in, 2 grips on and screw in.
PLEASE PLEASE watch BEFORE you attempt this mod so you are confident you know what youre doing and dont miss anything.
