This repair required replacing one of the flex cable connectors which leads to the daughter board. The customer had replaced the front glass but accidentally knocked off the connector latch. Voltage couldn't reach the backlight in the LCD. I shined a flashlight through the rear and saw the console was functional and heard sound/response from button input on the right side. I also replaced the sticks off-camera for good measure :)
