Here's the diagram for measurements on the card slot to determine if it's just the slot reader or the actual board it's attached to - https://i.imgur.com/K5SJa6e.png

In cases where there's a bent pin, it's much cheaper to just replace the slot itself and not the entire board which includes the ribbon cable + headphone jack.
