Nintendo Should Revive Battalion Wars
Released on the GameCube in 2005, followed by Battalion Wars 2 on the Wii in 2007, Battalion Wars was one of Nintendo’s most unique franchises.
Blending third-person action with real-time strategy, it let players seamlessly switch between commanding an army and taking direct control of infantry, tanks, helicopters, and battleships. There really wasn’t anything else like it.
With today’s hardware, online co-op, and larger-scale battles, Battalion Wars feels like the perfect Nintendo franchise to revive.
Do you think it’s finally time for Battalion Wars to make a comeback? #nintendo #gamecube #retrogaming
