Update: dispute rejected. go figures. gonna be calling nintendo's legal department about this. all video are public again. personally i get the feeling that the only thing that would change this is something drastic happening. for example nintendo kills off a channel. that person get so upset they end up k!lling them selfs. i wouldn't do that cause im not that stupid. but im giving you a worst case scenario. where's anonymous when you need them...
just letting you guy know ive temporarily made all my nintendo video private for now. im not sure if nintendo will start going after hackers or if it was a mistake or not. i know nintendo is unpredictable and corupted with how they see copyrighted material but i know my videos are 100% fair use. and even according to nintendo guidelines my video souldnt have been blocked. ive submitted a dispute claim under fair use i hope they dont kill me off. cause if they do im done. Cant have coppa and nintendo breathing down my neck.
i dont want to quit youtube but if they force me the so be it. i wont go down with out a fight though.
