Hello, A-Sven-gers! Thanks for checking out my video on Nintendo 3DS system recovery safe mode.
If you ever find your 3DS won't boot, system stuck, failing to load software or hung up when refreshing firmware then use these steps to initiate the 3DS Safe Mode:
- Turn the system off
- Hold buttons L / R / A / Up (D-Pad) and press power to turn on the system
The system will boot into recovery mode allowing you to download system updates and update your firmware if required. This works on all models of Nintendo 3DS systems including original, New, and 2DS / 3DS systems.
