We tested the Ninja Sizzle Indoor Grill & Griddle to see if it can reach a true 500°F sear for steaks and smash burgers without setting off your apartment smoke alarm. During our tests using an infrared camera, the griddle slightly suffered from uneven temperature swings along the edges, but not enough to really affect cooking performance.
