Final boss sequence in Ninja Gaiden on NES.

Thanks to AVGN for the extra attention to this video all of a sudden, rather then commenting on comments one by one, this explains
- no cheats, or save states - Your life bar does not fill up on 2nd boss, it does on 3rd though. The score not changing from 2nd to 3rd would confirm this.
- Jacquio the 2nd boss - fireballs do follow you around and there can be more then 2 at a time, but if you stay on the ground while they are still on screen they will scroll down the bottom and disappear. Staying in the middle pillars is certain death and frieballs will rise back up from the bottom causing 4 or more to be on the screen.
