Chapter 3 is pretty short, so there's not too much to say about it. The checkpoint just before you go down into the sewers was pretty tough to get a somewhat decent run through. The Black Spider ninjas and tac ninjas are constantly interrupting you when you're on the ground, so you want to air combo them as much as possible, but I don't want my combat to be too repetitive...
The chapter 3 boss was an infamous part of the original game, but he's far easier to deal with in this. I think they changed his name, since he was always known as Gigadeath before. Now it's Death Megalo Flyer? Maybe this is Gigadeath's little brother. The strategy for the fight is fairly simple. When he's upside down, he won't do anything but fly around and occasionally send his minions at you, so you're free to pump as many arrows into him as you can. He also becomes immune to melee attacks in this state, unlike when he's right-side up (and it seems like he's always immune to Ultimate Techniques now). You can increase your rate of fire by moving while shooting arrows as well, so try not to stand still. He'll fall down when he's low on health, and then you can run up and finish him with an OT. Not the best boss, but decent enough.
