ninja creami secret plus high protein high fat ice cream recipe
I have an entire playlist of ice cream recipes that I make. youtube.com/watch?v=sivTsWmMCKQ&list=PLtuxCWv2q-8WxgqmCRM23kAQfBdbRdLhb
I've been making ice cream various ways for years. I started with a churn style cheap ice cream maker that required lots of ice and salt and to be honest I would only use it a couple times a year. I ended up selling that ice cream maker 10 years or so ago when I got a kitchenaid mixer and the ice cream attachment for it. It didn't require lots of salt or lots of ice but you were limited to basically 2 pints at a time. After I got cancer and my eating got to be insane trying to gain weight, it became impossible for me to consume enough calories to keep from losing weight. That's about when the ninja creami first came out on the market and i realized I could just buy more pint containers and scale the recipes up. Today I bulk make 8 or 9 pints of ice cream at a time in warmer months using the ninja creami and that will last me about 3, sometimes 4 days shooting for 500+ calories per pint (on top of normal meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner). However, my job requires me to be away from home so on my work days or whenever the weather turns cold I switch from high protein high fat high calorie ice cream to feeding tube formula or boost high calorie drinks to supplement my meal calories. They average 500-530 calories per container and I drink 4-6 containers per day (on top of breakfast, lunch, dinner). I have these on auto-subscribe delivered in a box of 24 every 2 weeks during warmer months and then switch to every week during colder months.
I'm telling you all of the above so that you realize without the ninja creami working, it could actually cause health issues for me because I wouldn't be able to eat enough calories and I would start losing weight within just a few days or I would literally have to increase my feeding tube formula to multiple boxes of 24 per week. The sad thing is, my calories have slowly increased over the last several years. In 2021 I only had to eat 3,500 - 4,000 calories a week to maintain my weight and in 2025 I am up to 5,000 - 6,500 calories per week. If it continues like this, it won't be sustainable for much longer so the drs are finally trying to figure out why I have to eat so much and right now they are looking for infections, or an auto-immune response, or cancer.....because all of the calories have to be going somewhere. The weird thing is, all my "full bloodwork tests" are mostly all normal, with a few exceptions ... like platelet counts are normal but platelet size is high or low on the scale (you have small platelets and large platelets and I can't remember but one is high and out of normal range and the other is low and out of normal range).
Either way, I fixed the ninja creami but the first fix was not complete and I didn't realize that until about 3-4 days after that "fixed video" was recorded -- it is here: youtube.com/watch?v=K_PYwG4S62k
The part I replaced in the above video failed again within a few days, not because of a bad or sub-quality part but simply because I didn't realize I also needed another part that only cost 3 cents and the combination of the two parts has now continued working for the last 3-4 weeks just like it always did the first few years of ownership. So when that video with both parts drops in a few days, you will want to see it also. It will be here: youtube.com/watch?v=Ds2XnChqpJY
