This was a really tough boss! Up there with Sword Saint Isshin for me!
There's one major strat I'd recommend. Qi Blast with the jade that prevents interuptions of your detonations, and the upgrade to talisman that gives an arrow back when you use a 3-seal detonation. That combo let me use arrows more liberally to get a chance to heal, or cancel that pesky quad slash in phase 2. Otherwise just put the time in and learn the timing, parry a bunch, git gud! You got this, just keep practicing!
