When two undeniable forces meet: The incomparable Nina Simone and the owner of Wave Music, legendry Body & Soul NYC DJ François K (Kevorkian), one can only expect another formative remix which shall remain timeless and held high with praise.

"Here Comes The Sun" arrives to us via the 2006 compilation "Nina Simone - Remixed and Re-Imagined" and features amazing reworks and production from many top names in the electronic field. This however is definitely the stand out track on the 14 song disc which features some amazing reworking of Nina Simone's work but this by far is the stand out cut on the record.

One of those rare grooves that one may play at any function and setting. It's calming heading nodding effect will tame the wildest of beasts and cause temporary memory lapse of all that weighed prior to the first beats intro.

The meshing of Nina's vocals on this track leaves way to only movement and sway of the head and body. There simply are not many words that can properly describe this. I'll throw one out there though and say, "Lush".
