As the Nikon Coolpix #p1000 , P950 and P900 continue to age with not new mode insight, its important to look at what can be done to breathe new life into the cameras.
#zoom lens unrivalled among bridge cameras aside, there are some features lacking so it is rather handy that AI software that didn’t exist when these cameras first came to market can now help fill in the gap.
I have incorporated @topazlabs Video #ai into todays video to show how it can be used to add extra frames into a video. The Nikon P1000 shoots 4K at 30FPS which is low by todays standard so I have used Topaz to bump up the Frame rate to 60 FPS and removed some of the noise and artifacts cause by the cameras small sensor and low light.
Zoom Distance this week is around 1KM from the Lookout to the Ship.
