Resort Rookie | Nighttime as Disney | Walk Disneyland Park | Part 2 of 2 | Week of November 27, 2023 [40.2] | Now 4k @resortrookie | Uploaded November 2023 | Updated October 2024, 22 hours ago.
We begin deep in Disneyland at the Batu Outpost at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. After taking a look above the Millennium Falcon we walk into the Docking Bay Restaurant and take a look around. Despite being on the pricer side for a quick-service restaurant, they have some of the best food in my opinion. We then take the ramp along side the Smugglers Run ride and tour around the Falcon’s parking spot. After, it’s to the First Order section and out of the land. It’s never a trip to Disneyland without watching at least one Big Thunder Mountain Trian whiz by so we take the Frontierland path to catch that. After, we turn around back up the path and enter Fantasyland. The area behind Sleeping Beauty Castle is closed for the fireworks but we take a look at the Teacups buying some time before the Monorail comes by and gives us a boop boop. We then head up to Small World Holiday taking in the beauty. The ride was closed presumably because of the…incident… We try to make it to the train station but it was closed off so we turn around and walk by Matterhorn Mountain. We then hit our knee on a bench walking alongside the Autopia railing but it’s okay because we see the Monorail! Next we take a look at the Finding Nemo Lagoon where a submarine is stalled? We wait it out and discover that it can back into the second dock they have at the ride. Very cool! We then tune into the Holiday Dance Party at the Tomorrowland Terrace and watch the Autopia Cars from the Tomorrowland Train Station. Next we walk through Tomorrowland seeing the usual Space Mountain, Star Trader Mickeys and Pizza Planet. We then walk towards the hub where we see the Astro Orbiter has walls. To finish up our evening, we cruise by the Sleeping Beauty Castle before they announce the fireworks won’t be displayed. We finish up on Main Street at night with the amazing lights. Welcome to California Adventure Park! We begin on a sunny Buena Vista Street as we walk past the Five & Dime store and up the path.As we approach the Carthay Circle Fountain we catch Goofy heading to his picture spot. We got a point! We now walk up the California Adventure promenade and walk past the Grizzly Peak waterfalls, Avengers Campus, and Cars Land. We then take the side path into San Fransokyo Square. Its early in the morning so the area is dead. We take a peaceful walk around and walk over the bridge to make our way into the Pixar Pier area. we take a pause on the bridge to get a look of the entire pier then walk into the land. We make our obligatory stop to launch a few of the Incredicoaster trains and make our way deep onto the pier. I love the shot of the Incredicoaster loop as we look past Toy Story Midway Mania. We see Mr. Potato Head and then continue out the back of the land. In the Paradise gardens area we catch the Golden Zephyr and Silly Symphony Swings before taking a stroll along the waters edge. Next, we enter Grizzly Peak and get shots of a couple of rafts as they float by on Grizzly River Run. We catch Dale in the area and head towards Soarin. The monorail sailed by which was amazing! We pass through Carthay Circle and down Hollywood Boulevard. We get a fun surprise as Mickey and Minnie board the Red Car Trolley and cruise down past the Hyperion Theater. In Avengers Campus we walk past the Guardians of the Galaxy ride and eventually see Ms. Marvel, Spiderman, and bump into Dr. Strange. We then walk along side the Spiderman Ride and enter Cars Land. There we spend some time taking a look around and then finish up at the Radiator Springs Racers Ride and an overview of Ornament Valley. Thank you so much for joining me! We begin at Disney California Adventure on a windy Buena Vista Street. I tried to catch the flag to show how windy it was but the Red Car Trolley pulled up so we took a look. We then walked down Buena Vista St. taking a look at all of the lights and took a walk around the center fountain. We then walked up the main promenade and into Avengers Campus. There we catch a glimpse of Spiderman greeting his friends and we continue deeper into the land. We stopped by the Doctor Strange area, took a look at the Quinjet and eventually end up near Guardians of the Galaxy Mission Breakout. We then spend some time in the quiet area next to the Hyperion Theater. We then walked down Buena Vista St. and caught some fun wreaths on the Red Car Trollies before discovering Schmoozies is open. We then walking to the back corner where the Festival of Holidays stage is. We then pass a character I have never seen and continue down Hollywood Blvd. We catch a glimpse at the Christmas tree and Mickey walking by before heading back up the main promenade. This time, we enter San Fransokyo square and see some fun buoy Christmas trees and new lettering on the railing of the water. We then walk through the land and enter Cars Land through the back way. We take a look at some of the holiday décor and the neon lights in general and end part one near the Cozy Cone Motel.
