What if all the Enchanted forest and Storybrooke was nothing but Regina being mentally ill? What if she couldn't (didn't want to?) remember who she really was and thus she imagined herself as a queen? But as the fantasy went on it turned into a nightmare with her being the Evil Queen and so on. Just watch:)
