I got together with my lender Dale Seaman with Finance of America Mortgage - he's got some great information relating to two special loan programs:

Nightingale Advantage - for First responders, military and healthcare workers.

Chalkboard Advantage - for Educational workers and teachers.

Both programs are great and will help the customer received 1% of a loan amount back at the closing table! On a $500,000 house, that's $5,000 back in closing costs!
