This song brings in an insecure feeling that we feel to replace our own flaws and mistakes. Insecurity is always an emotion that makes us doubt ourselves and wish to be better, specifically for the close one we are with. When I first heard this song, I imagined myself in a stormy, breezy spot near the beach. Watching the waves rise up in tension and work towards the land. And once the chorus where "your polariods" is mentioned, everything cleared up with just happy memories flooding in. It was a fun experience.
