So this song is called "Russian Roulette" (ロシアンルーレット / Roshian Ruuretto) and it's sung by Megurine Luka. I was actually pretty surprised when I found out this was made by Owata-P, who I knew also did "Paradichlorobenzene" and "Rin-chan Now!". His songs are all very different it seems.

I do not own this song or the picture - I just got the picture off of Google and edited it to make it darker. I've actually quite enjoyed doing that with pictures for my videos lately.
