It's only appropriate that this high speed chase starts out in a cemetery in the early morning after Halloween. After Kansas police officers attempt to pull over this driver, he leads them on a short high speed chase. After pulling over, the driver dressed as a zombie, is arrested on suspicion of DUI, reckless driving, attempting to elude police and speeding. (2009)
