In 1982, Night Mission Pinball was released on the Commodore 64, Apple II and IBM PCs running DOS, and was perhaps the first notable pinball simulator for a home computer. As you can see, the game itself is in black-and-white, but the physics are pretty good for 1982. I'd recommend this. :D
