The second track chosen in the poll was Raw Magic. Surprisingly this was inspired and finished under the influence of The Owl House. Yeah, I also didn't see that coming.
Previously I had the idea of taking my old track Pinkamena's Massacre Cannon and elevate it to the level of hardstyle or hard dance, but I didn't like the results. I used the samples in the new version and I built them differently. And in that moment I started watching The Owl House and I enjoyed the story, settings and the characters.
It gave me an idea about that old magic witches used before the rule of Belos. That raw, untamed power which shaped the world of the Boiling Isles after the Titan fell.
And while The Owl House seems to be that your fantasy story, it's making its own rules. So while the track inspired by this world surely could be the chillout or ambient, but nah. I'm doing hard dance, baby!
