This bumper was recovered by a close friend of mine, who's stepbrother used to work for Nickelodeon. He wasn't exactly high up in the company, but did however have access to the production music tracks on CDs and some famous bumpers already online. However, while watching through some of the bumpers, he came across this bumper that he did not recall was used. He told my friend, and he was able to convert it from VHS to file format for me to upload. Enjoy this rare find! I haven't been able to get any information on this bumper, but if you do, please comment below!
(You probably already figured this out, but yes, this bumper is fake. While looking through some of the production music in the tracks jcbluejr01 gave me (huge thanks again, can't thank him enough, go sub to him and give him some love: youtube.com/user/jcbluejr01), I came across this track that I don't think was ever used by the network, so I decided to create my own bumper. I tried to make it as accurate as possible to the best of my abilities, and I'm pretty proud of how it turned out. If you want more custom bumpers like this, comment below.)
