This is an effect I created in 2018 using Audacity, which I have now created visuals for 6 years later.

1. HSL Adjust
Add to hue: Animated - from 0,000 to 2,000
Saturation: Animated - from 0,000 to 2,000
Luminance: 1,000
2. Swirl
Amount: Animated - from -1,000 to 1,000
Scaling:
█ Horizontal: Animated - from 0,000 to 1,000
█ Vertical: Animated - from 0,000 to 1,000
3. Pinch/Punch
Amount: Animated - from -1,000 to 1,000
Scaling:
█ Horizontal: Animated - from 1,000 to 0,000
█ Vertical: Animated - from 1,000 to 0,000
4. Spherize
Amount: Animated - from 1,000 to -1,000
Scaling:
█ Horizontal: Animated - from 0,000 to 1,000
█ Vertical: Animated - from 0,000 to 1,000

Export source as MP3 and go to Audacity.
To adjust all the pitches, you'll have to use the Sliding Stretch effect.
Keep all tempo change as 0.
The first pitch (From N) is Initial Pitch Shift. The second pitch (to 12) is Final Pitch Shift.
